'I should buy a house, what's the worst that could happen?' she wrote in the video, as pictures of all the horrible things that happened to her home flashed across the screen.
First, she said she had to get a dead tree removed which cost $7,000. Then, a pipe burst in her basement, and to get that repaired she had to pay $4,000 more.
After that, her washing machine flooded the home, which set her back another $3,000. She then had to replace the roof after it began to leak, which she spent $11,000 on.
She also got trapped in the house due to power lines that exploded once, which didn't cost her anything, however, she said it nearly gave her a 'heart attack.'
And to make things even worse, one of the trees on her property became infested with a colony of bees. Thankfully, she contacted local bee keeper who came and removed them for free.

After all that, the house was completely ruined when a tree fell on top of it and destroyed the entire thing.
'All jokes aside I consider myself very lucky to be alive,' she said in another video, while reflecting on the experience.
She also shared some important advice for other homeowners.
'Whether you rent or own, if you live somewhere where there's a tree within reach of your house, I highly recommend you look up your local arborist, contact them, get them out there,' she added.

She also shared some important advice for other homeowners: have your trees inspected by a specialist. Pictured is the tree that fell on her house

She concluded, while showing a photo of the huge tree that fell on her house: 'The fact that I went head-to-head with one of these bad boys and lived to tell the tale is pretty amazing'

Thankfully, insurance gave her money for the damage, which she used to demolish the house and build a brand new one on the property

She then sold it for a higher price - making a profit off of it. Pictured is the new house that she built on the property
@_arsmath Yes, Kyle. I had an inspection and insurance. #homeowner #SpotifyWrapped #millennial
