Weight Loss Diet - Seeking Advice - 12/09/2021 - 250.6
First post!
Starting a new diet plan roughly following a meal template I found after leaping down a rabbit hole on this forum.
If absolutely necessary, I will provide more information on this diet (calories, my basal metabolic rate, etc). My main goal in posting this is to get recommendations and advice as far as picking foods is concerned.
-FOR LUNCH- Dave’s Powerseed Bread (2 Slices) Roast Beef or Turkey Breast (2-3 Slices) Dole Mixed Fruit Cup (1 Cup)
-FOR DINNER- Skinless Grilled Chicken Breast (3 oz) Green Beans (1 Cup) Long Grain Brown Rice (1/2 Cup)
Also while drinking ~ a gallon of water a day.
I’m going to be as consistent as I can, eating this meal plan daily. Of course there will be days where I may substitute my listed lunch/dinner for something my family or friends may be cooking.
