Thought I’d share it here too. I figured some users may have gyno here.
And yes, I know I need to lose fat around my stomach — that’s my #1 priority right now besides healing. I was told by people I should have lipo’d that up as well, but nah, I know I can get rid of that, it’s always been my puffy nipples and chest fat that gave me problems. And yes, it is gyno. I was told and diagnosed by surgeons.
My surgeon did a combination of lipo and removing the gland.
