Thread: Order won't be shipped

So I ordered KM ferodrox 2 days ago with international economy shipping and it says the order should arrive in 3-7 days, but when I go to the order it says it still preparing for shipment and the payment was done. How more should I wait cause this is my first time ordering from bb cause I'm from EU and we don't have the same quality of the products like in the USA.
