eZ Cash, Rakuten Viber launch chatbot payments service in Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka operator Dialog Axiata's mobile money platform eZ Cash has partnered with Rakuten Viber to launch chatbot payments via the Viber app. The eZ Cash Viber BOT is designed to enable Viber users to register and access their eZ Cash wallets via the Viber app thereby enabling them to send money, conduct reloads, settle their bills, utility and other institutional payments.
