Looking for some advise. The only time I take caffeine is during my lifting sessions. (Ie no coffee, no soda, no Bang etc). I want to incorporate a Stim fat burner into my daily routine but don't want to build up a tolerance that will degrade the pre workout effect. Do you think is a concern? I am worried that by basically being on caffeine all day if will take away from my lifting days. Thank you for your help.
