Actor Arslan Goni has opened up about her friendship with designer Sussanne Khan. Sussanne is Bollywood superstar Hritik Roshan’s ex-wife. The two parted ways sometimes back. There have been rumours of the two dating each other for a long time and it was back on Sussanne’s 43rd birthday celebration when many started to hint at them being a couple. In a video that went viral, Sussanne was seen standing against a table cutting cakes while holding hands with Arslan Goni. It seems by her actions that she was trying to call Arslan close for the cake cutting, but the actor stayed reluctant and didn't come ahead. But what caught netizens' sight was the cute intimate moment the two shared. The speculations of two dating each other were going on for a long time and Arslan’s presence at Sussanne’s Birthday bash further fuelled the buzz. Now, speaking about his friendship with the mother of two boys, Arslan said in an interview, ‘Social media banter is a regular thing. It was just a birthday get-together with friends. Everyone can attend their friends’ birthday parties, right? People will always speculate and we know how to deal with it… by not paying heed.’ He further added, ‘Sussanne and I are very good friends. I met her at a common friend’s house. We just hit it off instantly. We hang out together along with other friends. She is a very nice human being.’ The two still seem to be more than just friends as, on Sussanne’s Birthday, the actor took to his Instagram to post a lovely picture of them along with a very heartwarming caption to which Sussanne replied in no time. The reactions to the birthday post went viral and since then social media users believe that two are dating and are a couple. On the work front, it was a slow start for Arslan in Bollywood, as his debut film, ‘Jia Aur Jia’ featuring Kalki Koechlin and Richa Chadha took about two-and-a-half years to complete and later, didn’t fare too well at the box office.
