But not all of them were given the special kind of farewell that Manoj Kumar Singh got.

The new SP, Shailendra Singh, was present at the farewell party. The station in-charges of all police stations in the district were also in attendance.

AMAZON-GANJA RACKET

The Bhind Police, helmed by Manoj Kumar Singh, recently busted a racket in which ganja was allegedly being delivered via e-commerce website Amazon. The police registered a case against the executive directors of Amazon India in connection with the case.

For this work, Manoj Kumar Singh’s work was praised among the residents of Bhind.

After his transfer, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) released a statement expressing deep anguish and alleged that foreign multinationals like Amazon are controlling the administrative system of various state governments. The traders’ body said the online shopping giant was behind the police officer’s transfer.
