Do you mean that the lumbar specifically is hyper extended?
Looks like OP is tall (judging by relative height with the box) and probably is trying to correct a "squatmorning" disposition where the spine remains neutral but becomes folded-over at legal depth. That's bad too. Seems you can't correct the one without erring on the side of the other.Bench: 320
