113th Bn BSF celebrates raising day

Imphal, December 02 2021: The 113 battalion Border Security Forces (BSF) celebrated the 57th raising day of BSF at its Loktak tactical headquarters and other CI posts in different parts of the state on Thursday.

As part of the celebration, interaction programme with families of departed BSF personnel was held and a lunch arranged.

Speaking at the programme, 113 Bn commandant Hidam Subol Singh lauded the BSF which has been playing a crucial roles in protecting Indo-Pak and Indo-Bangladesh borders.

Moreover, BSF helps in peaceful conduct of elections, apart from organising civic action programmes and disaster relief operations.

The BSF has earned the right to be called as 'people friendly force', he expressed.
