Currently at 130kg or 286.6 punds. 178cm tall (5f10) - 36.7% bf.
I am starting today. Right now. No more tomorrows, next weeks of after hollidays. I start my weight loss journey right now.
I have been obese and overweight my whole life. I have a very busy lifestyle and feed on very fast carbs like hotbuns, chocolate and soda. With an excess of large vanilla lattes and many many evening snack-a-tons in front of the telly.
This is mostly for accountability, for myself. What I am doing: IF 8pm-12am. Counting calories the first months and cutting out hotbuns and vanilla lattes. Getting my food sorted before I start with any other activities.
