A mum-of-two has revealed she and her husband 'schedule' their sex-life - both logging off work at 4.30pm each Friday to get intimate.
The woman, who posted to 'Mum Central' anonymously, said she and her husband used to have a very active sex life, enjoyed experimenting and would do so often.
Then one day she woke up and realised it had been a month since they last had sex.

Their busy work lives added to the pressure - but the real issue appeared to be the kids.
The youngsters, who are close in age, like to sleep with their parents and if forced to go to bed on their own they wake up seven or eight times each night.
'We’ve quite sadly resorted to sleeping in separate rooms – husband with the son, me with the daughter,' she explained.

The mum said she loves her children and likes to be there for them in the night, so doesn't mind sleeping with them.
But does miss sleeping next to her husband.
So, after realising they were being 'c**k-blocked' by their own off-spring the couple decided to set a time aside for personal endeavours.
And she doesn't mind if it seems 'unromantic' and says she never has trouble 'getting in the mood'.
'We squeeze in an hour together before the kids are picked up from daycare, and before the madness of dinner time with fussy eaters takes over,' she said.
But it doesn't always work out - she lamented.
Her son 'had the sniffles' two Fridays in a row and then the family were forced to isolate for 14 days - leading to another month without sex.
They finally gave in, sneaking into their son's room while he was asleep in his dad's bed and their daughter in mum's.
The mum said she understands most couples have the same problem when their kids are young but remains determined not to miss her scheduled 'bedroom therapy'.
