Getty ImagesNEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Thursday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, RPP Infra Proj(PP)(14.48%), KDDL Ltd(14.01%), CG-VAK Software(13.53%), RPP Infra Proj(13.52%), JMC Projects(12.45%), CESC Ventures(10.72%), Decipher Labs(10.0%), S Chand & Co(10.0%) and Monte Carlo Fashion(10.0%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 332.51 points up at 58017.3, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 97.3 points to 17264.2.
In the Nifty 50 index, 38 stocks traded in the green, while 12 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Navigant Corporate A, MBL Infra, KDDL Ltd, CG-VAK Software and Texmo Pipe Prod hit their fresh 52-week high, while Benara Bearings, Super Fine Knitters, Rajasthan Petro, Hero MotoCorp and Shalimar Prod touched their new 52-week low in trade.
