Adani Green shares rise 0.51% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the Adani Green Energy Ltd. traded at Rs 1334.75 on BSE at 10:56AM (IST) on Thursday, up 0.51 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 860.2 and a high of Rs 1428.0.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 10,202 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 10:56AM (IST).

The stock of Adani Green Energy Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 209961.1 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 448.86, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 200.6. Return on equity (ROE) was at 24.39 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 319 stocks traded in the green, while 181 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 60.14 per cent in the Adani Green Energy Ltd. as of 30-Sep-2021 while foreign portfolio investors and domestic institutional investors owned 17.83 per cent and 0.31 per cent, respectively.
