It didn't take long for other parents to congratulate Krystal on her ingenious forethought, calling the dishes 'amazing' and 'envy-inducing'.

'Omg can I come join your family. I hate meal prep but need to start doing it,' one woman responded to the thread of comments.

'Wow you could charge for a service like this,' said another.

A third added: 'How do you even mentally prepare to prep food?? I've been trying for a long time and I just can't bring myself to it. I'm a first time mother of a 17-month-old boy and I'm pregnant with my second child and it's hard to even process this'.

Each of the meals were divided in black plastic storage containers so that wet and dry products were separated and would therefore last longer in the freezer.

While it doesn't cover a full week of eating it certainly helps to organise each of the family members to a certain extent, making each day easier to manage.
