Imphal, November 29 2021: Nongthombam Hiyainu, wife of chief minister N Biren, on Sunday inaugurated the newly constructed building of Information, Cultural and Social Welfare Library United Club (IMSUC) located at Heingang Makha Leikai.

The inauguration function was attended by Hiyainu as chief guest and IMSUC president Mutum Ibopishak as functional president while Heingang GP pradhan K Jayanta, BJP Imphal East president P December, BJP 2/26 booth level committee president Y Nando and BJP Manila Mandal Heingang president Waikhom Bormani were present as guests of honour.

A minute's silence was observed as a mark of respect to departed founder general secretary Pangambam Tomba, founder treasurer Mutum Dharma and national player of the club Hirok Wanglemba.
