Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. October 18, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Vishal Ghisulal Jain, as Liquidator.

Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f April 27, 2018 on account of non-compliance with Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e., September 2017 & December 2017.

It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
