Mohali, November 28

The police today arrested one suspect of a three-member gang that snatched a taxi at gunpoint near Saneta on the night of November 26.

The suspect has been identified as Satveer Singh. One 30 bore pistol and four live rounds were recovered from him.

A case under the Arms Act was registered at the Saneta police post police station. The suspect will be produced in the court tomorrow. — TNS
