BBC, Pact sign new Terms of Trade deal for BBC Three channel launch

The BBC has announced a new Terms of Trade agreement with Pact for TV productions made by independent producers. This comes after Ofcom formally approved the relaunch of BBC Three as a broadcast TV channel.
