I have been training for 3 years and I want to follow an hybrid program between strenght and Hypertrophy so I made this. I have done 5x5 starting strenght before.
I´m worried maybe it´s too much. Would you guys take out some of the excersises? am I missing something? I´m thinking changing the 5x5 exersises for 5x3. What do you guys think,
