Day 2, still ate breakfast as usual but drank 2 cups of water before eating. I searched a dance tutorial on YouTube and tried to copy it (I suck at dancing but oh well it's still some type of exercise and I get to groove with music) for 20-30 mins. I drank a ton of water after and ate some fruit to pad my hungry stomach. Lunch was as usual, but drank water twice as much as yesterday before eating. Did some sort of exercise for 20 mins and drank tons of water again afterwards. Dinner was skipped again but I drank more than I expected because I felt hungrier than the day before.
