Hi, people! My name is Brian (but you can call me Weic, my middle name) and I've been lifting for a while. When the pandemics started, I stopped hitting gym, so I spent time in my house just getting fat and losing muscle mass. It's been 3 weeks since I started again, and I think I'm now not as bad as before. You can see my results in the bodyspace; I don't understand the platform yet, but I uploaded think it's there. I'm still self-conscious since I'm still scrawny, and I'm bad at tracking progress and determining if I'm doing well. What do you think?
