Workout B: (Thursday) OHP 4 x 8-12 Pullups 4 x 8-12 Deadlifts 4 x 8-12 Curls 3 x 12 Extensions 3 x 12
Saturday - Krav maga
Will I be able to build muscle with this program while doing high intensity martial art workouts on Saturdays? I'll be starting Krav Maga soon, but I still want to keep building muscle and not having to give up on either. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks
P.S is it also ok to do small cardio workouts in between on my rest days?
