Dr Konica Khuraijam was honoured with 'Best Educator-2021' award at the Global Education Summit held at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Gurgaon yesterday.

The award was presented to Dr Konica Khuraijam, who is currently working as an Associate Professor at DM College of Teachers Education, for her humanitarian work during COVID-19 pandemic by reaching out to students and the communities in need.

The summit was jointly organised by International Internship University and International Council for Educators as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Associate professor Konika Khuraijam 6f DM College of Teacher Education, Imphal "has been conferred the best educator awar.d, 2021 of the country.

The prestigious award was presented to Konika Khuraijam during global education summit, award and convocation-2021 organised by International Internship University in coordination with International Council of Educators as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Gurgaon.

Konika was presented the award in recognition of her selfless service rendered for students and community related with education during COVID-19 .

Apart from working as an associate professor at DM College of Teacher Education, Imphal, Konika Khuraijam has been shouldering immense responsibility in moulding students as honorary administrator of Kid Foundation School, Ghari.
