Following a successful surprise party for Rocky the terrified pair walk in to find the birthday boy unconscious on the floor after suffering a heart attack.

Rocky - who is played by Brian Conley, 60 - has been busy pretending to be Sonia's dad, Terry Cant, in an attempt to scam her out of her inheritance money from Dot.
But in a change of heart, after receiving a heartfelt gift from Sonia, he decided to come clean to her and Kathy as he penned a letter to admit his lies.
The shocking event on his 60th birthday could force Rocky to rethink his decision to confess his wrong doings as the incident sends his letter flying across the room.
This comes after he came under increasing pressure in recent episodes after the return of Dotty's mum, Sandy Gibson threatened to thwart the pairs plans.

Sandy is the only character, aside from Dotty, who knows of his past, after she greets him using his real name in the square.
