A heated brawl between two women in activewear has erupted in a Woolworths carpark as the aggressor ripped the older shopper's hair and called her a 'dog'.

A video posted on TikTok shows the carpark showdown unfolding outside Bell Post Hill shopping centre, in Geelong, on Tuesday night in front of shocked bystanders.

'I didn't f***ing do it you old s***,' the young woman yells as she launches towards the other, slapping the back of her head.

'F***ing leave my dogs.'

While amused bystanders film, another witness pushing a trolley pulls up beside the pair and tries to intervene, demanding the young woman let go of the other.

But the older blonde woman gains control and spins her attacker into a headlock as the brunette repeatedly yelled out a vile profanity.

A security guard marches towards the scuffle - but upon arrival decides not to get in between them, instead standing idly by watching the duo beat one another.

As they continue to wrestle, the older woman asks the witness to 'grab my bag', which is lying on the ground nearby.

The tussling women edge towards the witnesses before both trying to argue across their reasons for the confrontation.

After hearing the older woman's story, the witness appears to throw her bag away from the group so it is out of reach while the security guard pulls out his phone to make a call.

The younger woman screams 'let go of me dog' while the older woman grips her tight and says :'Give me my phone and go'.

The brunette eventually wriggles free and storms off down the carpark while the security guard is on the phone to police.

The video has gone viral racking up more than 141,000 views since it was posted on Tuesday night.

Victoria Police said officers from Corio are investigating the fight at Norlane.

'Investigators were called to reports of two woman fighting in a shopping centre carpark on Anakie Road just before 9pm,' a Victoria Police spokesperson said.

'The exact circumstances of the incident are unknown and the investigation is ongoing.'
