Despite heavy work commitments spanning international borders, desi girl Peecee manages to stay in fabulous shape, thanks to her fitness regime.
She often also takes on physically demanding roles, and likes performing her own stunts as well, which means she's got to stay in super shape.

With an on-the-go work schedule, Peecee believes that workouts should be flexible, and not gym-specific.She also finds a way to workout when she's travelling and adds movement to her days.
39-year-old Priyanka likes to start her workouts with some cardio to pump up energy.15 minutes of cardio is usually followed by strength training and bodyweight exercises.
Skipping and swimming are also two forms Peecee thoroughly enjoys!It keeps her heart rate up, and doesn't bore her out.
Rather than intense workouts, she prefers exercises which suit her body and needs.She only prefers switching or adding intensity when a role demands for it.
One of the things very refreshing and real about her fitness regime is her approach to staying fit.She workouts to stay fit and healthy, and not 'shrink herself 2-3 sizes down'.
A desi girl true to her roots, Priyanka credits yoga to help keep her zen and focussed.Some of her favourite poses to do include warrior pose, tree pose and cat-cow stretches.
