Best Black Friday gaming deals 2021 from Currys PC World, GAME, Very and AO
Big savings on Demon's Souls, Quest 2 VR headsets, gaming monitors and more.
Black Friday doesn't officially kick off until next week but you can already find a decent selection of discounted gaming goods at various retailers courtesy of their early Black Friday deals.
Alongside the likes of Amazon launching its early Black Friday gaming deals, there are some decent deals to be found at retailers such as AO, GAME, Currys PC World and more in the UK.
Just remember, if some of these offerings seem a little on the small side, they're only early Black Friday deals and there's plenty more to come. As always, we'll be updating this list regularly as new deals get announced, but for now, here's the best of what's currently out there.
With competition for sales heating up, many retailers are starting to drop their prices as part of price matches. While the low prices of supermarkets are sometimes hard to compete with, AO is currently price matching all gaming deals you can find at Tesco. You'll just need to call their customer service team and they'll give you a code to apply at checkout. This meant you could grab Returnal for £40 and Ratchet and Clank on the PS5 for £25(!), although stock is no longer available from either retailer.
It's worth bearing this in mind if you spot any future deals online at Tesco that you can't access (such as not being able to make it down to a store for collection) but the item you're price matching against must be in stock for this to work. You can learn more about AO's price-match policy here.
GAME has some good deals available too, but bear in mind you'll need to pay extra on orders that are either delivered or collected in-store (we don't make the rules!). Unfortunately, this often makes their prices less competitive than other retailers, but we've left some of their best deals below.

Currys PC World Black Friday gaming deals
While these prices are cheap, they don't match some of the all-time-lows for certain games, especially if you're counting that legendary misprice on Metroid Dread! It's also worth noting that these deals won't work with the free delivery/£5 off code you could previously use on the site.
Alongside its Black Friday deals, Currys has also applied some price cuts to select titles and moved others into clearance. This means you can pick up FIFA 21, Outriders and Watch Dogs: Legion for very cheap, alongside some great prices on titles such as Deathloop, Wario Ware and Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
AO Black Friday gaming deals
Returnal has been reduced to £45 and AO will price match against any competitors that have it for cheaper and in-stock. Other games, including Red Dead Redemeption 2 and GTA V have also been discounted.
Outside of video games, most of the best deals to be found are on TVs, PCs and laptops. We've included our top picks below but we'd recommend browsing the full sale for yourself here if you're after something specific.
GAME Black Friday gaming deals
GAME has a great selection of Black Friday deals that are available now. Top picks include the Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 Deluxe edition bundle with a 90-day Nintendo Switch Online membership for £259, and you can add Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl on top of that for an additional 40 quid.
They've also matched Amazon's 'free £50 gift card' deals on Quest 2 headsets, so you can grab a 128 GB Quest 2 for £299 or the 256GB for £399 and get a £50 Game voucher thrown in for free.
As for specific games, there are some decent deals here, but the game deals would be a lot more impressive if they didn't have a shipping/reserve cost on top. The Last of Us: Part II, Outriders, Kingdom of Amular, and Riders Republic are the highlights.
Very Black Friday gaming deals
There's an impressive number of Black Friday gaming deals over at Very too, who have matched the Switch bundles available and also the Quest 2 deals but with a £50 cashback offer using the code TVGMR.
