Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(up 4.97%), Sikko Industries(up 4.92%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 3.19%), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals(up 2.54%), ZUARIAGRO(up 2.48%), National Fertilizer(up 2.25%), Madras Fertlizers(up 1.61%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(up 1.56%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 1.51%) and Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(up 1.50%) were among the top gainers.
KRISHANA(down 1.72%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 48.65 points up at 17552.0, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 141.6 points at 58805.93 at around 09:59AM.
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 4.64%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 3.35%), Bharti Airtel(up 2.31%), SBI Life(up 1.83%), NTPC(up 1.42%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.36%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 1.16%), Indian Oil Corporation(up 1.11%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 1.09%) and UPL Ltd(up 1.06%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Infosys(down 1.16%), Maruti Suzuki(down 1.05%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.95%), Tech Mahindra(down 0.68%), Nestle India(down 0.34%), Hindalco Industries(down 0.34%), Bajaj Finserv(down 0.33%), Titan Company Ltd(down 0.27%), Hero MotoCorp(down 0.2%) and Wipro(down 0.19%) were trading in the red.
