Suspect in Wisconsin holiday parade crash has long criminal history, faces judge Tuesday
The alleged driver of the red SUV that killed five people and injured almost 50 others at a holiday parade in Waukesha, Winsconsin, is set to appear in court Tuesday afternoon. Darrell Brooks has a long criminal history including allegedly running over his child's mother with the same vehicle last month. Nancy Chen reports.
