Vodafone Idea has changed the prices of its prepaid plans. Here's a look at all the new recharge plans. (File) Vodafone Idea (Vi) has launched new tariff plans for prepaid recharge users in India. The company has increased the prices of its plans and has stated that the latest development will help them “address the financial stress faced by the industry.”
The prices of the new prepaid plans now start from Rs 99 and go up to Rs 2,399. Users will get unlimited benefits with Rs 219 and above prepaid Vi plans. The telecom operator has also introduced some of the data top-up plans. It should be noted that the new plans will be available starting November 25.
So if you are planning to recharge your phone number, you should do that before November 25 if you don’t want to pay extra. Here’s a look at the full list of all the new prepaid recharge plans from Vodafone Idea.

Vi Rs 179 recharge plan
The Rs 149 Vi prepaid recharge plan will now cost Rs 179. It comes with a validity period of 28 days. As for the benefits, this pack includes unlimited calling benefits, 300 SMS, and a total of 2GB of data for 28 days.
Vi Rs 269 recharge plan
The new Rs 269 Vi recharge plan now offers unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day, and 1GB of data on a daily basis. This one too comes with a validity period of 28 days. The same plan was previously sold for Rs 219.
Vi Rs 299 recharge plan
The latest Rs 299 prepaid plan from Vodafone Idea will ship with unlimited calling benefits as well as 100 SMS per day. With this plan, users also get 1.5GB of data per day. This plan will remain valid for 28 days from the day you purchase it.
Vodafone Idea (Vi) Rs 359 recharge plan
This is the last one-month plan from Vi. On the purchase of the Rs 359 Vi prepaid recharge plan, customers will get unlimited voice calling benefits, 100 daily SMS, and 2GB of data per day. It comes with a validity of only 28 days.
Vi Rs 479 recharge plan
This plan was originally priced at Rs 399, but Vodafone Idea has now increased the price of this pack. The new Rs 479 Vi recharge pack offers 1.5GB of daily data. The plan also includes unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day. Those who want a prepaid plan with close to 2-month validity can buy this as it comes with 56 days validity.
Vi Rs 539 recharge plan
It seems that the company will only be offering two prepaid plans with 56 days validity, as per the list shared by the company. The newly launched Rs 539 prepaid Vi plan offers unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day, and 2GB daily data for 56 days.
Vodafone Idea (Vi) Rs 459 recharge plan
This plan gives 6GB of data in total. It is aimed at those who just want unlimited calling benefits for a longer period. The Rs 459 Vi recharge pack includes unlimited calls and 1000 SMS for 84 days.
Vi Rs 719 recharge plan
The new Rs 719 prepaid recharge plan from Vi comes with a validity period of 84 days. Vi customers also get unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS per day as well as 1.5GB of data daily. The same plan was originally available for Rs 599.
Vodafone Idea (Vi) Rs 839 recharge plan
The Rs 839 prepaid Vi pack, ships with 2GB of daily data. One also gets unlimited voice calling benefits as well as 100 SMS per day. The pack will remain valid for 84 days once you purchase it from the company’s website or via any other platform.
Vodafone Idea (Vi) Rs 1799 recharge plan
The telecom operator also has an annual prepaid plan, which will now cost Rs 1,799. With this plan, customers get unlimited voice calls and 3,600 SMS. It only offers 24GB of data, which might not be enough for some users. The plan validity is for 365 days. The plan used to cost Rs 1,499 earlier.
Vi Rs 2,899 recharge plan
The new Rs 2,899 Vi prepaid pack includes unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS per day as well as 1.5GB of data per day. This is also an annual prepaid pack and will remain valid for 365 days from the day you purchase it. It earlier cost Rs 2,399.
