Infra Engineering has received the certificate of incorporation from the registrar of companies (RoC) dated November 22, 2021 with respect to incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 Private Limited’ as Special Purpose Vehicle ('SPV').
