Turkey agrees with US to phase out Digital Services Tax

The US and Turkey announced the terms of an agreement on the transition from the existing Turkish Digital Services Tax to the new multilateral solution agreed in October between 137 countries on new international tax rules. The package of reforms to the international tax framework should be implemented in 2023.
