Czech Tourism launching a new marketing strategy for 2022

Czech Tourism is launching a new marketing strategy for 2022 which will befocusing on Czech traditions. These traditions include spa and wellness treatments dating back hundreds of years.


The Czech Republic is aiming to make its spa offerings an integral part of its tourism recovery, in the wake of the growing demand from travelers for rejuvenating holidays.


UNESCO has awarded two new spa sites in the Czech Republic with World Heritage status, including the West Bohemian Spa Triangle which consists of Karlovy Vary, MarianskeLazne and FrantiskovyLazne.


Czech Tourism has also launched a Czech Academy online training platform for educating tour operators and trade professionals on the important tourism offerings of the Czech Republic. Those enrolling in the academy will be able to complete six modules covering:


• Welcome to the Czech Republic
• Spa and wellness
• Culture and gastronomy
• LGBT
• MICE
• Cities
