Man arrested for alleged role in fatal September shooting at hotel on Lafayette Road
A man was arrested for his alleged role in the death of a man found shot in a hotel on the northwest side of Indianapolis in September.
On Nov. 18, IMPD arrested Davoncia Beasley, 24, for his alleged role in the death of Keegan Wolf, 32, in late September, per a news release from police.
On Sept. 25, IMPD responded to Quality Inn & Suites in the 5000 block of Lafayette Road on a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers found a man, later identified as Wolf, with gunshot wounds in a hotel room, per police. The man was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Beasley is facing a preliminary charge of murder, jail records show. However, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review and make a final charging decision.
