Dedication is key in serving people, says BJP Sports Cell convenor

Imphal, November 21 2021: BJP Sports Cell Convenor, W Ibomcha has categorically stated that sincerity and dedication are keys in serving people.

He was speaking at a Ningol Chakkouba programme organised for widows and aged women of the Patsoi Assembly Constituency here at Takyel Khongbal Mayai Leikai by the BJP Awareness Campaign Committee, Patsoi Mandal.

Seeking blessings from the women folk, Ibomcha who is also intending to contest the upcoming Assembly Election from Patsoi Assembly segment on BJP ticket, said that it is high time people representatives do away with the system of allotting specific days and time in a week to meet people.

If a representative truly intends to serve people, he should be sincere, committed and available to reach out to his electors any time, he said.

The programme was organised to show destitute widows and elderly women that many who are happy to care and extend brotherly support to them exist, he said.

Since BJP is all for people, specially underprivileged, the programme served as an occasion to honour the womenfolk, he added.

Stressing on the importance of alleviating the hardships of the destitute widows and raising their status in the society, he also called upon all to support the saffron party for a peaceful, self-reliant and equitable society.
