BJP defames Maharashtra to win elections in other states: Nana Patole

Congress president Nana Patole on Sunday held a rally in Kalyan.
KALYAN: Looking at the upcoming Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal election, Congress president Nana Patole on Sunday held rally in Kalyan during which he hit out on BJP over Aryan Khan case saying BJP is behind cruise party and they planted it to win the upcoming Uttar Pradesh elections.
Patole said during elections, BJP defames Maharashtra by creating propaganda. Patole said this was seen in Bihar elections also when BJP raised the Sushant Singh Rajput case and now for the Uttar Pradesh elections BJP is using drugs issue by creating Hindu- Muslim row.
Patole organised a rally in Kalyan during which he said that by winning the upcoming KDMC elections, Congress will make Kalyan-Dombivli the most beautiful city. The rally was attended by hundreds of Congress workers, including Congress state president Nana Patole, general secretary Brij Dutt and Congress's Kalyan district president Sachin Pote.
While speaking to reporters, Patole said from day one Congress had said that BJP is behind Aryan Khan case and later other parties (NCP) started the same.
Patole said that the use of central agencies machinery to discredit Maharashtra has been on the rise. This has been proved in the Wankhede case. The Central government should immediately stop defaming Maharashtra. The people of Maharashtra will not tolerate BJP if they did not stop tarnishing the image of Maharashtra.
The country has experienced economic weakness since the Corona pandemic. Even after that, BJP has started cutting the pockets of the common people by increasing the prices of essential commodities. The Central government is still taking Rs 60 tax on petrol and diesel. Patole said wherever there is a Congress government, Congress has helped the people of the state by reducing VAT rates.
