Anand Mahindra says not investing a single rupee in crypto

New Delhi: Indian business magnate Anand Mahindra has said he has not invested a single single rupee in cryptocurrencies.

The billionaire shared a few screenshots claiming he made tons of money using a cryptocurrency investment platform.

The screenshot of the report said that he made money with a crypto-currency auto-trading program Bitcoin Era.

The businessman said such news takes the “fake news” to a whole next level. “Someone saw it online and warned me. I need to make people aware that it is completely fabricated and deceptive. Take fake news to a new level. “Ironically, I did not invest a single rupee in cryptocurrencies,” he said.

The fake report further said that Anand Mahindra said during a TV program that a “wealth loophole” could turn anyone into a “millionaire” within 3-4 months.

Mahindra came across a post incorrectly attributed to him earlier in September. By sharing that quote, the Mahindra group chairperson said that the quote is not actually his.

“I am flattered that some believe my statements are quotable and I have always believed in the power of social media to democratize information and share knowledge. But the downside is incorrectly assigned quotes. “I will do my best to call them out where possible,” he remarked.
