UK landlord Great Portland lifts rental value outlook, returns to profit
Nov 19 (Reuters) - London-focused commercial property developer Great Portland Estates Plc lifted its annual rental value outlook and joined bigger rivals in returning to interim profit on Friday, as the sector limps back to recovery from pandemic lows.
The FTSE 250-listed company, which has 2.5 million square feet of Central London property, said profit after tax for the six months ended Sept. 30 was 62.2 million pounds ($83.95 million), compared to a loss of 154.8 million pounds a year earlier.
