DALLAS - Fairmont Dallas welcomes Michael Beck as the new Director of Operations. Reporting to the General Manager, Michael will be responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic direction of all operational departments at Fairmont Dallas.
Beck brings over 20 years of hotel operations and food and beverage leadership experience to his new position at Fairmont Dallas. His career began in the North East United States where he served in multiple management positions at Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville, VA, the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City, the Hilton in Westchester, New York, the Hilton Boston Logan in Boston, MA, and the Park Plaza in Boston, MA.
Beck relocated to Texas in 2014 to join Omni Hotels & Resorts and held the position of Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Omni Dallas Downtown. In 2017, he was promoted to Director of Operations at Omni Park West in Dallas, Texas.

Beck has a strong operations background with an expansive experience in luxury hospitality and in managing large operational logistics. He joins Fairmont Dallas from his most recent position as Director of Operations at Omni Frisco, Texas.

Fairmont Dallas is located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District with 545 guest rooms, a rooftop terrace complete with garden and Junior Olympic sized pool, and 70,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is home to the Pyramid Restaurant and an on-site Starbucks on the Lobby level, making it an ideal location for those traveling for business and pleasure. Fairmont Dallas celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019.
