Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao sat on a dharna along with his cabinet colleagues and elected representatives on Thursday demanding the Centre to procure 90 per cent of the paddy produced in the state and also clear their policy on procurement of paddy. “This is only beginning.
