Saif Ali Khan recalls his kissing scene with Rani Mukerji in 'Hum Tum', calls it ‘the worst kiss in history of cinema'

The duo are coming together on the big screen after a really long period of time and presently, they are very busy promoting their upcoming film 'Bunty Babli 2'. Now, a video is going viral on social media where Saif is seen talking about his kissing scene with Rani from their almost 2 decades old film. When the two were recently promoting their upcoming film, they managed to recall that moment from their movie. As they were discussing about the first time they had worked together, Rani asked, 'Do you remember how scared we were to do the kissing shot?' Saif replied, 'I remember how scared you were to do the kissing shot.' He continued with the story, 'So, I arrived on set, and you were being extra nice to me that day, and you were saying, ‘How are you? How was the drive? What’s happening?’ According to Saif, Rani then quietly asked him to tell people that he didn’t want to kiss her. Saif continued, as Rani laughed, 'I said, ‘I can’t say that! My boss has told me, so I have to do it.' Rani hesitated some more, before finally agreeing, according to the actor. Saif mimicked the grimace that Rani had on her face during the shoot, while she laughed and said 'It was the worst kiss in the history of cinema. It was very uncomfortable'. 'It was very uncomfortable', she agreed. Despite this, the romantic movie became a superhit and Saif won a National Award for his performance, which even took him by surprise. Lately, the two were also seen at 'The Kapil Sharma Show' for the promotion of their upcoming release. A video from the show is also going viral where Kapil asks the two to enact the song from their hit film while sitting on the sofa as he sings. Saif and Rani share sweet moments from the song and recreate it. Talking about their upcoming film 'Bunty Babli 2' is all set to release on November 19. It is helmed by Varun V Sharma, and also features Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharwari Wagh.
