Cincinnati Reds infielder Jonathan India was named the National League's top rookie, and it was almost unanimous.
India received 29 of 30 first-place votes to earn the NL Rookie of the Year Award on Monday night, becoming the first Reds' player to do so since Scott Williamson in 1999.
The only first-place vote for Miami Marlins pitcher Trevor Rogers - who finished a distant second in voting - came from one of the two members of the Cincinnati chapter of the Baseball Writers' Association of America: FanGraphs' Dan Szymborski.
