(Bloomberg) -- Two Duke men’s basketball players are facing charges in North Carolina following a driving while impaired arrest early Sunday morning, according to the News & Observer.

(Bloomberg) -- Two Duke men’s basketball players are facing charges in North Carolina following a driving while impaired arrest early Sunday morning, according to the News & Observer.

Michael Savarino, Coach Mike Krzyzewski’s grandson, was arrested for DWI in Orange County, while Paolo Banchero, a star freshman, is charged with aiding and abetting DWI, the News & Observer reports, citing court documents. The arrest happened at 1:10 a.m. on Sunday by the N.C. Highway Patrol.

In a statement to the News & Observer Krzyzewski said, “We are reviewing a legal matter involving two members of the men’s basketball team, any further actions as a result of this situation will ultimately be determined by the Vice President/Director of Athletics and University officials.”
