Yella Beezy denies rape accusations after arrest warrant sheds light on alleged sexual assault
- Beezy was arrested and booked on November 5th for sexual assault

- The That's On Me rapper's attorneys called the claims completely false
- They also said the accuser is not Beezy's 'longtime girlfriend' despite rumors
- This is the third time the Dallas rapper has been arrested this year
Yella Beezy is denying accusations he raped a woman, following the release of Texas authorities' arrest warrant for the Dallas rapper.
Beezy - real name Markies Deandre Conway - was arrested and booked on November 5th for sexual assault after a woman claimed her forced himself upon her during a first date back in April.
The That's On Me rapper's attorneys John F. Gussio III and Daryl K. Washington have branded the claims completely false, also telling TMZ Beezy was never questioned before his arrest.

The lawyers also denied Beezy's 'longtime girlfriend' was the accuser.
They told the site: 'The sexual assault charge is in no way related to or connected to Yella Beezy's longtime girlfriend and the endangerment of a child is simply meritless, and is defamatory in nature.'
Docs filed by law enforcement and obtained by TMZ reveal the alleged victim reported the assault at a hospital in April.
The woman claims Yella first reached out to her on Instagram in late April and the pair later agreed to meet for a date in Dallas.
TMZ's docs say they had dinner before going to his home to wait for their bowling reservation at 10pm, which was two-hours later.

Once at his apartment, they hung out before Yella made a move on her and asked for a massage while shirtless.
She agreed to massage him but says after she finished he forced a kiss on her and then sexually assaulted her, despite her saying 'No' repeatedly, according to the police report.
The woman claims she was eventually able to get away from Yella and flee.
She further claims he tried to manipulate her into believing she had initiated the encounter, despite her claims she vocally and repeatedly objected.
The next day she went to the hospital to report the rape.

Yella was arrested earlier this month for the sexual assault charge.
He was also charged with felony child endangerment/abandonment and with a misdemeanor for unlawfully carrying a weapon, but according to TMZ there are no further details on those charges.
This marks the third time this year that he has been arrested.
Prior to this, he was arrested in August on drug and weapons charges.
Yella was taken into custody in February following a traffic stop for unlawfully possessing a weapon.
