Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay Hotel Manager Jason Rodgers has been recognised amongst the top 100 most influential general managers in the Middle Eastern region. Leading hospitality publication Hotelier Middle East recently announced its Power 100 List, which celebrates leaders running the region’s very best hotels who have achieved remarkable success over the past year.

A proud member of Four Seasons for 23 years running, Australian native Jason started his career with the company in Kuala Lumpur as a management trainee and grew with the company working in various properties including Four Seasons Hotel Doha; Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita; Four Seasons Hotel Dublin (formerly a Four Seasons property); and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

Throughout the past challenging year, Jason was thoroughly involved in multiple projects including spearheading the property’s Lead With Care initiatives, the renovation and re-opening of restaurant re/ASIAN Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck; the redesign of the gym by Four Seasons Global Fitness Advisor Harley Pasternak; as well as the launch of the teen’s Beach Club in October 2021. With the support of his leadership, the Hotel saw record occupancy numbers during the months of August, September and October 2021 since its opening six years prior.

“A well-deserved recognition for a truly respected leader, Jason’s commitment to his team is unparalleled and serves as one of the driving forces for the Hotel’s success,” comments Regional Vice President and General Manager Rami Sayess.
