While customers can't purchase the food packages, restaurant owner Heaven Leigh shared a detailed video outlining how to replicate the meal at home from scratch.
'This dish is absolutely delicious and very, very moreish,' she said and began by slicing fresh watermelon in to large 'steak' chunks.
For the marinade you'll need tahini, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, fresh ginger, sesame oil and white miso paste.
While for the crust you'll need oil, panko breadcrumbs, pain flour and water.
Food blogger Rakel also shared a series of images on Instagram and compared the texture to sashimi.
