Nov. 14—The Berks County sheriff's office is seeking the following fugitives:

Kenon Davis, 41, whose last known address was in the 5100 block of Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, is wanted on charges of making a false written statement regarding purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm.He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 165 pounds.

Caernarvon Township police said that on Aug. 29, 2020, Davis attempted to purchase a pistol from a firearms dealer in Morgantown and lied when asked if had a prior felony conviction in 2009.

Adrian Rivera, 28, whose last known address was in the 100 block of South Third Street, Reading, is wanted on simple assault charges. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches and 170 pounds.

Police said Rivera struck a woman, placed his hands around her throat and threatened her with a knife on May 13.
