These are in addition to the dozens of train services that were cancelled in a similar manner on Saturday.
KANYAKUMARI: Landslips and water logging in the KanniyakumariNagercoil and Nagercoil – Thiruvananthapuram sections of Thiruvananthapuram division continued to impact train services to and through these routes on Sunday and Monday as well. Southern Railways has announced the below mentioned changes along with the onward journey.
These are in addition to the dozens of train services that were cancelled in a similar manner on Saturday. Officials in Thiruvananthapuram Railway division said that track restoration works were underway amidst constraints caused by the continuation of the rains. Some of these trains also ran late.

TNo 16427 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Nagercoil Junction and TNo 16426 Nagercoil Junction – Thiruvananthapuram Central on Monday, TNo 16435 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Nagercoil Junction on Monday and Tuesday, TNo 16430 Punalur – Madurai Junction daily express on Sunday and TNo 16425 Kollam Junction – Thiruvananthapuram Central daily express on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and are cancelled.
Partial cancellation
TNo 16525 Kanniyakumari – KSR Bengaluru express on Sunday was cancelled between Kanniyakumari and Thiruvananthapuram. TNo 16605 Mangalore – Nagercoil Express on Sunday was cancelled between Thiruvananthapuram and Nagercoil. TNo 16724 Kollam – Chennai Egmore mail on Sunday was cancelled between Kollam and Kanniyakumari.
TNo 19577 Tirunelveli Junction – Jamnagar biweekly express leaving on Tuesday, TNo 15705 Kanniyakumari – New Jalpaiguri Junction weekly express on Monday, TNo 16650 Nagercoil Junction – Mangalore Central Daily Parasuram express on Monday and TNo 16606 Nagercoil Junction – Mangalore Central Daily Ernad Express on Monday will run from Thiruvananthapuram Central.
TNo 16862 Kanniyakumari – Puducherry weekly express on Monday, TNo 16724 Kollam Junction – Chennai Egmore Daily Ananthapuri express on Monday and TNo 12634 Kanniyakumari – Chennai Egmore Daily Superfast on Sunday will run from Nagercoil Junction.
TNo 16730 Punalur – Madurai Junction Daily express on Monday and Tuesday, TNo 22628 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Tiruchchirappalli Junction Daily Intercity on Sunday and Monday and TNo 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Daily express on Sunday will run from Tirunelveli Junction.
TNo 16525 Kanniyakumari – KSR Bengaluru Daily Island express on Monday and TNo 16366 Nagercoil Junction – Kottayam Daily express on Sunday will run from Kollam Junction. TNo 16366 Nagercoil Junction – Kottayam Daily express on Monday will run from Kayamkulam Junction.

TNo 16649 Mangalore Central – Nagercoil Junction Daily Parasuram express on Sunday and Monday, TNo 06605 Mangalore Central – Nagercoil Junction Daily Ernad express on Monday and TNo 15978 Jamnagar – Tirunelveli Junction Biweekly express on Saturday will be terminated at Thiruvananthapuram Central.
TNo 12633 Chennai Egmore – Kanniyakumari Daily Superfast, TNo 16861 Puducherry – Kanniyakumari Daily Express and TNo 16723 Chennai Egmore – Kollam Junction Daily Ananthapuri Express on Sunday and TNo 16012 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Kanniyakumari Biweekly Thirukkural Express on Saturday will be terminated at Nagercoil Junction.
