Mohali, November 13
Former Health Minister and local MLA Balbir Singh Sidhu inaugurated development works worth Rs40 lakh at a park in the Industrial Area, Phase 5, here, today.
Balbir Singh Sidhu said footpaths would be rebuilt, three sheds would be set up and new lights would be installed at the park. New benches would also be set up here. Mayor Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu, Senior Deputy Mayor Amrik Singh Somal, Deputy Mayor Kuljit Singh Bedi and councilors Jagdish Singh Jagga and Ravinder Singh were also present on the occasion.
Balbir Singh Sidhu said Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi had assured him that no stone would be left unturned for the development of the Mohali constituency.
The Mayor said development works were being carried out in every nook and corner of Mohali under the leadership of MLA Balbir Singh Sidhu.
